Note: Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. After this period, we may not be able to assist.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, reach out to us immediately. Attach photos showing the issue on a flat surface with tags or errors visible. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund without requiring you to return the item.

Exclusions: This policy does not cover damage from accidents, improper handling, wear and tear, or post-purchase modifications.

Missing or Delayed Orders
